I’m joining Groupon
I think that my blog has become a place where I update where I’m working every now and then. I promise that will not be the case moving forward, if I can help it.
I’ve decided to join Groupon to lead a team working on their Scheduler application. Should be lots of fun!

I’ve been really busy and I’ve forgotten to post for a long time!
Anyway, the major change for me is that I’ve quit Apple to pursue the creation of future of the mobile applications at Strobe. I’m really excited about this new step in my life and career.

PaperCube Update
I’ve updated PaperCube to what I hope to be the final version that now allows you to view papers as well as authors. I’m really excited and I hope that people will find it interesting. I’ll follow this up with a detailed post in the next couple of weeks.
In the mean time, you can still check out the feature complete version of PaperCube.
Please note that it is experimental so there will be bugs.

You can view an author’s collaborators dynamically using a graph. This graph can be tweaked in many ways in real time to reveal more or less data depending on many different parameters:
